Honestly they were very polite and when I walked in they got right to work. My nails did not turn out great. The shape is off and there is nail glue and polish all around. Didn’t even cover my whole nail. I usually try to write good reviews but for 55 dollars I was hoping for a little better.????
I'm conflicted about this nail salon. I had two services done, a gel french manicure and a gel deluxe pedicure. It is a cozy small salon and I was seen right away. My fingernails were bare and I did not get any fake nails. The lady who did my nails was very quick which was impressive but she didn't give a hand lotion massage at the end which is usually customary with manicures. She did offer the lotion to me to rub it in myself. After my manicure I got a deluxe pedicure. A different woman was doing my pedicure and she didn't speak a lick of English so anytime I had a question I had to ask it to the first woman who did my manicure. The pedicure was perfect and my feet felt so soft. All in all at this point I thought it was a solid nail salon, not perfect but they did good work so far. Until it was time to pay.. $100!!! Like I said before I didn't get any fake nails just french gel on my fingers but I guess they charge extra with it being gel and then they also charge extra for the french style. The pedicure was 35 but again they charge more for it being gel. I have gotten my nails done dozens of times over the years and I have never paid that much. I would have come back because they do good work but good grief, with the price being $100 (actually $120 with tip) for just a gel mani and pedi is a bit ridiculous. I think I'll probably find somewhere else a little more reasonably priced.
The atmosphere is most welcoming, you get good laughs in with Amy and she did an amazing job of nails. Kim does a great job on My family and I's nails.
Plump lady did mine. She was rough and messy. I told her many times to fix my nails and she did not listen. In a few there were air bubbles. And one popped a few hours after they were done and it was still liquidy inside! My nails are bumpy and have different lengths. Nail polish is still on my fingers and the glue is stuck to my skin.
Brought my niece in to get our nails done and had a horrible experience. Lady was super rough with me and I had to ask multiple times to fix things. (Which I shouldn’t have to do) & then was more rude because I asked. Left chucks under my nails and as you can see my nails don’t match the other hand. Never will ever go again nor my family or friends. I suggest you don’t either !
In the past I've had great experiences, however the past couple of times I've had some issues with the technicians not doing the correct shape, having to redo the nails, taking much longer then it should. Especially when an appointment was made. Over 2 hours for a simple full set should never take that long. I'm willing to give them another chance, as I have had some great prior experiences.
So recently I had my nails done at another salon & within 2 days they started popping off! So I really wanted them redone while in town so I went to visit this nail salon & Amy did my nails for me as last minute walk in on a Monday night while I was in town visiting Indiana from Detroit & OMG...

They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I'm honestly (not even kidding about this) really thinking about driving out over 3 hours from Detroit every two weeks or so- just to come get my fill-in's at THIS salon!
I am just so happy with how they look + the service was wonderful as well! ????'s off to New Nail Salon! because they gave me my best set of new nails ever; THANKS SO MUCH AMY! ????????
Very nice people. Was super busy but they did there best to make everyone happy. Was my 1st time and will be going back. Did a great job on my nails.
