Extremely rude, the employee was speaking her language making one feel extremely uncomfortable. She was upset because I wanted my nails on straight and asked her to fix it. Also she did the acrylic so high up that it seems as if I need a refill the next day. I messaged the employee (9) the next day various times and she did not answer the phone. Poor customer service, I called and spoke to Lily a (manager) and she was trying to say that nails grow fast and to let her see them and that the same person will have to do them. Extremely unprofessional place! I don’t advice anyone to go…
Today I went here with my little sister and her group of friends. We were treated with no respect by the employee working on eyebrows. She messed up my sister eyebrows and denied us service to fix it by stonewalling our critique’s. We spent 10 minutes just trying to get her to fix it but she showed no compassion and just wanted her money for a terrible job. Another employee came to tell us “never come back here again” and took a picture of my car tag. I’ve never experienced such a prejudice environment in my life.

$90 for a soak off, gel Mani & Pedi.
He did not soak the acrylic off my fingers, he peeled it off (I could've done that at home) but charged me for soak off. He didn't give me a manicure, only polished them. The pedicure, he only soaked my feet for a couple of minutes then scrubbed and polished. On top of that when I checked my account I noticed he had given himself a tip.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN.
This was the worst! He made my nails too thin and made it hurt so bad when he add the glue and the nail and the oil. After my nail was so sensitive with anything touching it when I took off the acrylics I advise not going there
Filthy place! Chairs are old & broke, uncomfortable. I called ahead to make reservations for 3 pedicures, together. They didn’t take my name which should’ve been my first cue. We couldn’t sit together because they didn’t have 3 chairs in a row in operating condition. I should’ve walked out, it’s that horrible of a place. Chairs were sticky, trash cans were full, these people take zero pride in the work place. First time I’ve refused to upgrade to a deluxe or add a manicure. Just couldn’t wait for it to be over. I couldn’t enjoy the pedicure at all, girl did a decent job, nothing good particularly but the polish job is fine. I won’t go back & I certainly would never recommend this place!
It's a cool spot to get your nails or feet done. The service was quick, the guy did sn excellent job and took care of my feet. A will definitely go back. But it does get very packed.
My daughter and I get our nails done every month here. We have a great relationship with our tech. He knows what we like and we are in and out of there in less than an hour. We love him and will not get our nails done anywhere else.
My daughter said no one does her nails as good as he does.
